I feel like there is nothing THAT interesting about me to take up a whole post on here but here it goes.....
1) I have a really weird memory. haha I remember the littlest things that really have no importance. For instance there was an incident that happened to me in kindergarten that I will NEVER forget! haha This girl and I had the same backpack, it was purple and had little tiny lighter purple flowers on it. Mine had my name on the inside of it so I wouldnt take hers by accident. Well long story short she ended up taking mine home one day. As a soft hearted 5 year old, I was DEVISTATED! My mom came to the school because I refused to go home with the wrong backpack! We called the girl's mom and they came to the school and swapped. I went to school with that girl until we graduated from high school, she cracked up when I told her that was why I remembered her! haha My siblings make fun of me all the time because I remember things that NOBODY else remembers! Oh well I guess it's my little gift ;)
2) I am EXTREMELY shy! My roomate Jessica told me one time that I am(and I quote) "socially awkward"! Thanks Jess! lol But I do have to agree with her TO AN EXTENT! When I go to a new crowd/place and I am very reserved. If someone comes up to me and starts talking, I will answer them but my answers are normally very short haha. But on the other hand, if people come into my realm of the world lol aka my house, I am everywhere! When I was younger my aunt thought I hated her because when we would go to California, I would hide behind my parents for the first day! haha Not because I didn't like them, just because I am a very shy person. Once I get to know people the "real me" shines through and people are amazed! Im not a big party person because that would mean I would have to be in a room with people I have never seen before...to most people that would mean "make a fool of yourself, you'll probably never see them again" to me that means "stay to yourself, they probably think you are ridiculous!" oh well, I am working on it :P
3) I LOVE LOVE LOVE heels! I am the youngest AND the tallest in my family yet, I refuse to wear flat shoes! lol I better find someone to marry that is a bit taller than me otherwise we might look kind of awkward jk. If you open my closet and look at my shoe collection(which is quite large because I just love shoes, as my wise friend says "the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. the way to mine is through shoes!") about 75% of them are heels! Now I'm not talking wannabe heels with like 1/4" of height, I am talking no less than 2" lol. The other 25% is made up of flip flops! I live in AZ, I wear flip flops 12 months out of the year haha.
4) I am obsessed with getting my nails done! Its like my escape and its that one thing that makes me feel pretty all the time! :P I don't care if I have to eat peanut butter and jelly for a week, or be a couple days late on a bill if thats what it takes for me to get the bi-weekly fill! lol I told my sisters and mom that when I turned 16 and got a job, I was going to get my nails done. For the most part I kept my word, sometimes I get tired of them but once they are gone I miss them so I end up getting them done again! haha I'm weird I know but seriously, some people drink alcohol, some smoke, I get my nails done on a regular basis! haha What can I say? There are worse things I could do to escape from the world of a 20 year old full time college student.
5) I remember phone numbers like it's nobody's business! LOL. My mom used to call me her walking phone book. I would just need to hear a phone number one time and I would remember it forEVER! Now that I have a cell phone and your name is your phone number :P, and it has become a talent that has faded slightly. I can still pull numbers out my mind that havent changed since my cell phone days, but new ones are little more difficult.
