ZOO DAY!!!

Courtney has not been working since the middle of December and she has had the opportunity to spend LOTS of time with little Ren and Macie!!! Am I jealous you ask?? UM YES!!!!!

So i took this opportunity of not having a job, to g
o to the zoo with my adorable niece and nephew! At Sunday dinner i asked Kindra VERY nicely if she would go to the zoo so i could go with her. haha she has a season pass(i think that's what its called) so she gets in free!!!! Free and Fun!!! my two favorite "F" words! lol

It had been raining that sunday so we were worried we wouldnt be able to go because of weather but we were going to play it by ear.

Well it turned out to be a beautiful day so we proceeded to the zoo.




Here is Courtney and Macie on the bridge going in to the Zoo where all the turtles and...stuff are lol. Macie thought it was the COOLEST thing when the turtle would go under on one side and she would run to the otherside and watch him come out and up on to a log on that side.








Here he is!!!! The man of the hour!!! sittin all cool in his stroller coming into the zoo!!! haha isnt he the MOST adorbale thing you have EVER seen???? he was so happy that day!!!! it was SO much fun!!!

So Macie's thing is to talk about all the animals at the zoo! When you ask her what a lion says, she tells you. When you tell her to make a fishy face, she does it. When you ask her what a flamingo does, she stands on one foot! It's so cute!!! As you can see in this pic, she did not want to see the flamingos!!!!! I wanted a pic so bad but she was not gonna cooperate!!!! she is so stubborn sometimes.....She felt a little better after we ate lunch and saw more animals and BAM! the flamingo stance!!!! yay!!!! she is too cute!






My favorite exhibit is the spider monkey exhibit that you get to walk into the environment and see them climbing all around! It is so cute to see them react to the people! Macie was in awe!!!! In this picture she was quietly watching one of the monkies as he walked across the rope looking at her haha.

The day at the Zoo was SO much fun and i am sad that i dont get to do it more often!!!!!!
